DanicaDanica Mae McKellar, an American actor as well as math writer and educator, is Danica Mae McKellar. She portrayed Winnie Cooper on the television show The Wonder Years from 1988 until 1993. She has since 2010 she has been the voice of Miss Martian in the animated superhero show Young Justice. McKellar was chosen to voice Project Mc2 in 2015 on Netflix. Alongside her acting career McKellar also wrote six non-fiction books about mathematics. They comprise Math Doesn't Screw Kiss My Math Algebra Exposed and Girls Are Curves Geometry Takes Shape. These books encourage middle-school- and high-school girls confidence in maths and aid them to succeed.
